ZANHOL Advisory specialised in providing corporate and individuals debt restructuring and insolvency administration services while ZANHOL Forensic specialised in providing professional forensic accounting, litigation support and expert witness services.

Kenneth is the founding partner of ZANHOL.
​
His client portfolio includes companies engaged in real estate, infrastructure, shipping and logistics, biotechnology, manufacturing, import and export trading, foods processing, restaurants and canteens, franchise and retail chain stores, forward accumulators and warrants, remittance agents, cable and wires and system integration etc.
With over 30 years in the accounting and commercial practice, Kenneth has extensive experience in cross-border issues involving Hong Kong, Mainland China and other offshore jurisdictions.

He has also been instrumental in formulating exit strategies for foreign investment enterprises and resolving disputes and problems in the Mainland China.
In addition to his experience in insolvency administration, Kenneth specializes in forensic accounting for both civil and criminal matters and his testimonies have been admitted in the courts of Hong Kong and Singapore. He also has been cross-examined as expert witness (in both High Court and District Court in Hong Kong) and factual witness (in Singapore Supreme Court) as a result of his forensic findings.

Clara has over 18 years of experience in liquidation / receivership and bankruptcy
administrations and she is also experienced in forensic investigations and litigation supports mainly for listed companies in Hong Kong.
